The problem

You did $140K last year and finished in debt. You're not in business — you're selling Tuesdays for $70 an hour, then doing a second unpaid shift on the couch.

Tools off at three. Quoting, invoicing and chasing money till eight. Big jobs that were supposed to fix the year — a $38K one, a $50K one — and the year still ends behind. Every week starts at zero.

The catalogue · six things

Everything I use to run my week, handed over.

Six licensed blokes. Me. Six months. The promise is three back-to-back $12,000 months — profit before tax, on two to three days a week. Not one good month. Three in a row, so you know it's a system and not a fluke. $1,200 a month for six months, and templates land on day two — not month three.

Three years ago I was a support worker who'd never picked up a tool. I turned away about 60% of the quotes that came in, because I only do timber and Colorbond. You've got more trade skill than I had — that was never the thing holding you back.

For

Licensed carpenter or landscaper — or the experience plus RPL. I used a company that does it and I'll point you at them.
A year on the tools. One year is genuinely enough — I'd never touched a tool three years ago.
Own tools, way to site. That's the entry ticket. I didn't have $7,200 in the bank. I had tools.
Town of 60,000+. Works under that — I just can't promise the same numbers.
Can let a 2mm-out post go. This trade pays for speed, not perfection. With love.

Not for

Blokes who want leads handed to them without changing how they price. Busy and broke is worse than where you are now.
Perfectionists who won't run the method. I'm not arguing hole sizes for six months with a man making less than me.
No tools and no time on the tools. Nothing to execute with — I'd be taking your money.
Anyone who won't share their numbers. That's the founding trade. No numbers, no spot.

The numbers · now vs a $12K month

Assumes you're around $140K turnover, subbing at $70–$100 an hour, six or seven days a week.

MetricNowA $12K month
Money in from jobs$11,600$29,176
Materials$0 (builder's)−$14,588
Gross$11,600$14,588
Running costs−$3,400−$2,588
Profit before tax$8,200$12,000

In your bank~$6,350~$8,750
Per week~$1,470~$2,020

The extra $550 a week is nice. Getting three or four days a week back is the thing you'll notice. $8,750 a month in the bank is $105,000 a year — the number you said you wanted. Worst case: one 15-metre fence in your worst month is $1,500, and it still covers the fee.

Six blokes. Six months.
Let's go.

DM me the word OS on Instagram. Fifteen-minute chat — if it's not a fit I'll tell you straight and you've lost a smoko. If it is, we lock your spot and you start day one. Not for you after month one? Say so before your second payment and we shake hands. Group two won't be six blokes and it won't be $1,200.
